  • The information we collect is used solely for the purpose of rating insurance and insurance related services for the specific products requested.  

  • The information we collect is shared only to our Trusted Partners of insurance carriers and brokers that provide us with insurance rate quotations and policies as allowed under law.

  • Our Trusted Partners of insurance carriers and brokers share a mutual confidentiality agreement to protect and secure all information provided to them.

  • Capstone and our Trusted Partners of insurance carriers and brokers use information to confirm identity.  We use consumer reporting agencies to obtain information for rating insurance such as motor vehicle reports, public records, courts of law, and claims data banks.

  • Neither Capstone Insurance nor our Trusted Partners have access to your full credit history.  Credit scores are obtained as permitted under law and are used in combination with other rating factors to determine an insurance score.  

  • We do not allow third parties do not collect data from your use of this website.

  • We do not use location services on our website or any web applications.

  • We do not track browser history, prior websites, or IP addresses.

  • We do not track mobile web browser, cellular provider, or location of mobile devices.

  • Third parties are utilized by our Trusted Partners to perform our services.  The information disclosed is limited to the minimum amount required to perform the service.  Third parties include; underwriters, inspectors, investigators, appraisers, adjusters, and repair shops.

  • We must disclose information to other insurance carriers if you are involved in a claim with their insured.

  • Once business is placed, our Trusted Partners may disclose information to their reinsurers as permitted by law.

  • We must disclose information to insurance regulation departments, governmental agencies, or law enforcement agencies to defend our legal interests, or in cases of suspected fraud, illegal activity, subpoenas, or threats made against individuals.  

  • We may disclose your information to auditors, Certified Public accountants, attorneys, or other agencies that perform services for our company or our Trusted Partners for insurance carriers and brokers.

  • We must disclose information to our cyber security policy carrier in cases of security breach or fraudulent activity.  

  • We must disclose information to our attorneys to defend our legal rights in cases of claims filed against the company.

  • We use information to contact you, improve our customer service, and perform our insurance services.

  • Capstone Insurance has administrative processes for all owner, agents, and employees on security and protection of information and how best to safeguard that information.   

  • Capstone and our Trusted Partners use industry standards to safeguard and protect your information from unauthorized disclosures.

  • Capstone uses a secure server with secure protocol to safeguard information as well as firewalls, and additional layers of security. Our website is ISO 27018 compliant to protect your personal information collection.  

  • While we strive to protect your information to the best of our abilities using industry standards, no transfer of data on the internet is 100% secure and usage of the website is at your own risk.

  • We do not track your usage of this website.

  • As a service to our clients and website visitors, our website contains hyperlinks to other companies' websites.  We have no control over the security or content of these other websites and advise you to review their privacy and security policies as we are not responsible for the practices or content of any third parties' websites or services.
